CONSTRUCTION:

The panel is made up of aluminum slats, supported by two side rails and an aluminum canister that includes a drainage and tension control system. The canister also stores the slats when the cover is retracted.

Designed to sit flush with the truck bed, this aluminum cover can bear up to 600 lbs of evenly distributed weight. Its dark matte powder-coated finish protects against scratches and corrosion. Unlike tri-fold designs, it maintains visibility when opened and doesn’t disrupt safe driving.

SIMPLE OPERATION:

Unlocking the cover allows it to slide towards the cabin effortlessly, with no need to lower the tailgate. Operable with one hand, it avoids the complications of snaps or heavy tri-fold covers.

The two side rails feature T-slots that facilitate the installation of specific truck bed rack types and other accessories. Most truck bed racks fit into the T-slot, which measures 7816 mm. More details are available in the image.

The side rails close to the cab do not cover the truck bed rail completely. This design is intended to allow the installation of certain roll bar types while providing enough space for mounting without affecting the appearance of the bed cover.

As the truck bed is not rectangular, unlike the rectangular bed cover, the bed rail is fully covered by the two side rails near the tailgate, but not by those near the cab.
